Pecan Overnight Oats

 We have shared some overnight oat recipes before because they are so good!

A simple way to enjoy pecan pieces for breakfast!

The best part of this overnight oat recipe is because it's a simple base recipe. You can add fruit, more nuts, chocolate chips, etc to make it exactly what you want! Be creative!

  1. Add old-fashioned rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, chopped pecan pieces, apple pie spice, and maple syrup to a mixing bowl. Mix well until combined. *Add in any additional fruits, nuts, etc. Increase milk based on how much fruit added, so the mixture is not too dry.
  2. Transfer mixture to 2-4 mason jars. Let sit for 15 minutes, and mix to make sure chia seeds have not clumped.
  3. Let sit overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. When ready to enjoy, top with more pecan pieces, apple pie spice, and maple syrup before serving.
