Ingredients:

2 ¾ cup Dark Brown Sugar, packed

1 cup Dark Corn Syrup

1 ¼ cup Salted Butter, melted and cooled

3 Eggs, room temperature

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

4 cups Pecan Halves

1 box White Cake Mix

1 cup Coffee
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F and spray a 9x13 baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, add and mix together 2 cups dark brown sugar, dark corn syrup, ½ cup melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.

Stir in 3 cups of pecan halves. Pour mixture into your 9x13 dish.

Sprinkle the cake mix over the pecan filling.

Pour ¾ cup melted butter over the cake mix. Sprinkle the remaining ¾ cup brown sugar over the butter layer.

Pour the coffee over the top. Do not mix, to distribute the coffee you can tilt the pan.

Top with 1 cup of pecan halves. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
