Peach, Blueberry, & Pecan Salad

A sweet and savory salad that’s as easy as it is elegant. 

This vibrant Peach, Blueberry & Pecan salad is packed with juicy fruit, crisp greens, crunchy pecans, and savory prosciutto, all finished with a tangy balsamic glaze. It’s a summer favorite, but thanks to canned peaches, you can enjoy it all year round-no slicing or pitting required!


½ cup Pecans
3 oz Prosciutto
1 (15oz) can No Sugar Added Sliced Peaches, drained
6 oz Blueberries
Fresh Bed of Mixed Greens 
⅓ cup Balsamic Glaze 

Instructions:

  1. Toast pecans and crisp prosciutto on medium heat until lightly crispy.
  2. Assemble your salad. Take drained peaches and pat them with a paper towel. In a large bowl, toss together mixed greens, blueberries, and peaches.
  3. Top the mixture with the toasted pecans and prosciutto. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
