1, 8 oz round French Style Brie
⅓ cup Fig Jam
⅓ cup Sweetened Dried Cranberries
¼ cup Pecan Pieces
Fresh Thyme Leaves
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Use a knife to cut off the top inside edge of the brie to remove the top rind.
- Place brie in a baking dish or cast-iron pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Take out of the oven and top with fig jam, cranberries, pecans, and thyme.
- Serve with your choice of crackers and enjoy!!
